WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS?

We have different means of payment: Paypall, Visa, CB, Master Cards, American Express.

I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY ORDER, HOW TO DO IT?

You have 24h from the moment your order has been placed. Just email us and we'll cancel your order and refund you within 30 days.

FAST DELIVERY

We ship orders within 24 business hours of receiving your payment. You will be notified by email and we will also give you the tracking number of your shipment.

We send you orders by Colissimo or Mondial Relay. Each item is sent, protected and carefully packaged. An email will be sent to you upon departure of the package with its number and reference. You will be able to follow its progress on the carrier's website.

CAN I CHANGE THE PLACE OF MY ORDER?

It is not possible to change the delivery address after validation of your order.

HOW TO RETURN MY ORDER?

To make a return of one or more items you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day after delivery of the order. You have 14 days to return the items to us if they are not suitable for you. Items must be returned in the same condition you received.

Before making the return you must send us an e-mail indicating:

  • The order reference
  • Items to be returned
  • The reason for the return

If any of the items are defective or damaged, please include a photo of the problem with your email. We will get back to you within 48 working hours with the procedure to follow for your return.

Keep the stamped and dated receipt as proof of sending the return package. Depending on your country, the return time may vary.

As soon as we have received your return package, you will receive a confirmation email. After checking the items received, we will also notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund. If the latter is accepted, your refund will be made within 48 hours by our services. To this period, it will be necessary to add an additional period of bank processing generally between 5 to 10 days.
